Traffic and Safety

Please be mindful of the speed limit throughout the neighborhood since many residents are out and about. 

Also, please take care when entering and exiting the neighborhood as it is a tight turn.

We have noticed that the barrier at the top of the steps that have been installed at the end of the alleyway behind 6830 to 6842 Indian Run Court is frequently down, which leads us to believe that people are using the alleyway. A reminder from our October 17 newsletter:  Please do not enter the alleyway behind 6830 to 6842 Indian Run Court and to the west of 6819 Tollridge Place while the wall is being replaced. The yellow warning tape should serve as a reminder that there is construction in that area and entering it could be dangerous. It could also impact the integrity of the wall to be constructed there.
